Might be cheaper and easier just to buy a good set of seats from a parts yard or forum member though.

MrAl wrote: 12 Sep 2017, 11:08 Hi, What kind of solutions are available, leather or vinyl, that could replace the seat part?
Hopefully low cost.
Years ago, I bought a sewing machine, hot-rodded it, then a bunch of Sunbrella fabric and proceeded to sew a few thousand dollars worth of sailboat luggage.

Perhaps it's time to sew myself some new seat covers. Still have the machine. Once I make a pattern, the rest is easy.

I'll also have to refit new cushions as the foam is shot after 20yrs in the H&H here. My take on my situation is the leather over-stretched both due to my 250#'s and the foam aging. A smaller, lighter body won't cause that as fast.

Having owned a SAAB 900T for 14yrs though, I have to add that the cloth seat covers never wore through, nor did the foam collapse to the degree it has in the sled. Interesting that....

Just raising awareness that there is a thread on reskinning a P80 seat and swapping passenger parts with driver parts with pictures here.

June, you have some dirt in the creases of your steering wheel on the front side of the spoke. You need to open that carefully with a spudger and clean it with a QTip
