1999 Volvo s70 AC vents not switching

1999 Volvo s70 AC vents not switching
When I change the direction of the airflow it continually blows out the front four vents I can't use defrost or the heat or air for my feet and I need to get it fixed immediately the windows fog up pretty bad any help please!!!

I'm guessing ECC for all of those things to happen at once. I may be a bit biased however...
