I can imagine the rough ride on bare wheels with no tyres...
To be fair a lot of people do that too, sticking ridiculously low profile tyres on regular street cars

Now that's sad...
I always thought those were RFTs (Run Flat Tyres)... now I feel ashamed
Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.

No, RFTs are the tyres that always feel and sound like you have a flat regardless of air pressure or profile :D

Play it safe, you don't want any accidental takeoffs

Summer wheels at last. Always forget how much it does for the handling coming from snows.

And a wash. A lot shinier than all the new cars in the garage at work today :-)

Also some trailer pulling that made the car look small. Had to work the engine a bit to get on the motorway too.

Not very much work involved actually. No polishing or anything. Though I guess the paint is in decent shape for the miles it does look a bit worn up close.

A proper wash and some spray-on paint sealant, HydrO2 Lite. Last wash. This time just some old wax shampoo I'm using up.
