2009 XC60 T6 Vibration on acceleration

Hi guys, Looking for someone with a similar experience who may be able to shed some light on my issue.
I have a 2009 XC60 T6 with 170,000kms which is an awesome car but has developed a vibration on gentle to moderate acceleration that seems to only happen just prior to changing into 3rd gear & through 3rd gear under light-medium load, the situation is generally up a hill. If I accelerate harder it disappears, if I ease off it disappears, it seems exactly what you would expect from a CV joint/shaft which I knew were worn so I ordered a set from a company called Original Performance on eBay, I fitted them today & I think it seems slightly better but the vibration is still there. I now think that it could possibly be either the uni joint or maybe the centre bearing... Im not really sure what else it could be, any input would be valued, thank you.
