In Kansas City area, there use to be a small number of "foreign" parts stores...and these were more like "Mom/Pop" businesses...I suspect with advent of Internet, and big chain automotive stores, few exist these days. Big chain stores have essentially wiped out smaller independent .stores.
Considering they sell Volvo parts, there may be a relationship to that dealership. It would appear there are two buildings "connected," and one on left with a white roof is Premier Volvo Cars Overland Park. Chances are, building space is rented.
