When I shut the door when the car is running, the lights in the floor blink a couple times and then i hear a clicking behide me somewhere like a Relay/switch. I have looked under the rear seat and can't find anything. Does anyone know where this could be coming from? I have also checked the fuses in the truck, its not coming from there. Thanks Dwayne Also I think this maybe killing my battery.

May be related to the door switch which is part of the door lock assembly on the door side. The switch is too hard to remove, so the whole lock is usually replaced, ideally with a used good condition part.
Also, not sure but the rear electronic module (REM) has relays for the doors so the relay you hear may be from the REM located inside the trunk behind the left cover.
Side note, I'M currently locating a battery drain related to the rear plate lights or to the trunk release button.
