Parts for 2000 v70xc from 2001 v70xc

My main vehicle is a 2000 v70xc with 220k miles. I inherited a 2001 v70xc from my son when the transmission failed at 140K mile and he decided it was not worth fixing. Will anything from the 2001 fit on my 2000? Or should I just junk it? Thanks in advance.

Ignition coils and the third seat heater switch is all I can think of

Welcome to MVS. Check out the sticky viewtopic.php?f=9&t=75828 before you decide the fate of the 2001. it may need a lot less than you previously thought. (or not...just sayin!)

Thanks for responses. I was comparing replacement part numbers for something's my 2000 needs (like AC compressor, heater fan motor, etc.) And none matched with the 2001. But the control module for the driver seat did match. Is it possible to swap the entire front seats? My 2000 shows lots of wear. Especially where the dog sits.

The best place to match part numbers is on the Volvo Parts Lisle website - punch in your VIN or model number and compare things there for compatibility
