2001 V70 Driver power seat backrest broken

I have a 2001 V70 XC with power seats. The driver's side backrest adjust does not work. All other drivers side adjustments work just fine (forward/back, up/down, etc). When I press the button to adjust, I hear a click, the same click I hear when moving other sections of the seat, but no movement.

I've don't a little digging, but I'm not too mechanically intuitive. Is it a bad wire within the backrest, or could it be a bad motor?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, getting ready to sell and want things to be in working order.
