I would say not a rod problem because it clicks every few degs.
If its valves then it is several valves.

I have never heard a sound like that before. Sounds like the engine is a large ratchet. Something is hitting or rubbing for sure.

I thought so too , but my guess is as good as 1.6 kilometers
