Toubleshoot why ac is putting out 140 degree air

I just bought a 2001 volvo s40 and the ac worked once then started putting out 140 degree air. What happened?

The blend door is not working for some reason. The heater runs all the time, temperature is regulated by blending hot and cold air. Start the diagnostic by scanning for CCM (Climate Control Module ) for error codes.

Start first by carefully touching the return line of the A/C inside the engine bay, see if it feels cold with condensation on it

Also look at the clutch plate, does it look like it's turning along with the compressor pulley?
