Camshaft Oil Seal leak?

Hi,

I am trying to chase down an oil leak coming from under my timing cover. I just had my PCV serviced last week thinking that would make the issue go away, but the leak is back. Took the timing cover off and most of the oil seems concentrated at the bottom, top is pretty dry. Would that suggest crankshaft seal? Is there anything else that could be leaking oil down there?

Ok, changed the title of the thread now that I've diagnosed further and am pretty sure it is coming from the rear camshaft seal. Well, actually I'm not sure, but the oil is trickling down the back of the inside timing cover so that seems like the only place it could be coming from. The water pump is dry so the oil must be running around behind the water pump.

Trying to gauge how difficult pulling the seals would be. I have taken the cylinder head off a PT Cruiser but the Variable Valve Timing and a couple other things about this are new to me. Can I use any old seal puller and a seal driver made from a PVC pipe or do I have to get the special Volvo parts for everything? Does this cam locking tool sold on ebay do a pretty good job?
