VIDA-Long Island NY? Anyone?

So, I have acquired an old laptop. Maybe, just maybe I can install VIDA. Problem is, I have never seen nor operated this program. I would love to see it in action. I live on Long Island, NY...I would appreciate it if someone could hook my car to one...run through the process with me. Anyone?
