I got also one sensor from 99 XC. And i tested them, pin 2 (the signal out was 0,9-1,5V with working pump), it came out it wasnt the bad sensor. It was engine ecu. Luckily i had another ecu, and it is working. Fol-FCR is showing correct values now. But climate pump still switches off after ~5min, so i guess its the clutch that has too large gap and gets overheated. Will sort this out and keep you guys informed.
