Cruise Control not working

Post by bncpwn »

Hey. I just got my hands on a 1999 S40, as my first car. I love it, everything works flawlessly(i'm the second owner of it, it has been cared of), but I cant get working the cruise control. I know that I need to move the little button to ON, and then use the + or - to set the current speed, but it does nothing at all.
There's no light on the dash, or it might wont show the light at all, I dont know.
However I did checked the interior fuse box and the fuse seems okay, it should be alright.
Might the button itself did died or what else can be the trouble?

If you are going to do your own work, get Vida DiCE. It will be the best $80.00 you spent. Don't use the copy of Vida that you get with the DiCE hardware use 2014D_RePack instead. Also get a full chip DiCE unit, it is worth the extra $20.00.
