1998 V90 ribbon cable on shift mode switch needed (part number NA)

I have a 1998 volvo v90 and have broken the ribbon connector that goes to the winter/sport/economy shift mode switch. Can anyone tell me if they know of a source for this part? As far as I can tell the wagon won't drive without it. Thanking you all in advance.

A junkyard would be the cheapest way to go

Volvo parts lisle will tell You what is still available from Volvo, too.

Time for a trip to the nearest Pull a Part (or similar self-service junkyard). That will be the easiest way to find one.

It doesn't seem that it's available as a separate part new.

There is a 1998 V90 at the LKQ Pick Your Part in Davie, Florida (Ft. Lauderdale). If I where you, I would go pick that car of anything you might need. It is getting hard to find parts for the '97-''98 S90/V90.

I would get the entire shifter assembly ($16.55+$1.00 core) from that car just in case the plastics start breaking like it did in my '97 S90. I could not find a replacement so I had to fab mine to get it working.
