Check out the Nixon campaign bumper sticker on that Edsel! Either 1968 or 1972. I always liked their weirdness! I know these cars are not Volvo, but I thought possibly someone would enjoy seeing that these antiques are still around or just neat to look at. It seems Volvos are rare around here... June

$3.89 for pure premium gas. I sure wish I could find it in Jacksonville! Little pricey though... June

I really was shocked to see the sticker in that good of shape still in place all these years later. I really wish I could buy that Edsel. To find such a untouched 1959 car has to be rare. June

Found a cool pizza place here in Ft. Smith called Razorback Pizza. Seriously lots of pigs on the wall! The pizza was excellent. June

You want to find old cars in good condition, Arizona is the place to go. The low humidity out there preserves them pretty well.

My dad had a 1960 Edsel Ranger and a couple of Hudson Hornets. My older brother use to borrow a Hudson every Friday night then drove his '57 Chevy on Saturday night. Dad figured out he was drag racing the Hudson inline eight cylinder to get his beer money for the weekend. Did not stop Dad from loaning the Hudson.

Initially I was, but I have found so much to do in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri I may run out of time. I have fallen in love with Ft. Smith. I can't wait to go to Hot Springs and go crystal digging and Blanchard Caverns are high on my list. Also Branson Missouri is on my list now. I still have eight days before I have to start back to Florida.

I noticed either nobody takes trips or simply does not wish to post them. So I decided I had a couple of weeks I would be home alone, why not go have some fun? Maybe I could help get some of you guys thinking about taking your Volvos out of the driveway! After all it's summer vacation time and MVS has this roadtrip section, so why not? June

Found a neat drive in for lunch. Apparently still in operation as it was in the 50s. Bits of Americana still alive! I really like this area. June
