2007 xc70 rear wheel bearing

replacing rear wheel bearings with a moog part. comes with a plastic retainer on the inside of the bearing that rides against the seal.

does this stay on or should this come off before installing?

also what is the torque on the rear center bolt into the rear drive axle?
