2006 V70 Oil Leak-- High on Block near timing belt end

I have an oil leak. Definitely not cam seals, but apparently high on block. Mechanic says coming from valve cover area, but specific location not pinpointed.

Oil regularly changed around every 3 K by prior owner, passed glove test on PCV system pre-purchase. No evidence of rear main seal leak, no apparent sludging, no codes, no diminished performance issues. Oil pooling near front (under crank pulley) engine mount.

Any idea what's going on here?

Does it have cvvt cam solenoids, they can leak. I'd clean it up good and watch where it comes from.
Check spark plug wells.
Install new oil seal on the oil fill cap.

Not sure about the CVVT -- it is a 2006 base V70 non-turbo.

Oil cap seal or PCV hose from the oil trap to the nipple on top of the cam cover. Both are common, oil cap more so, either one drains to the pass side once the oil pools up on top.

I'll change the oil filler cap seal, but I think it's leaking more than that.

CVVT Intake if it is like 2005. There is a lot of oil flowing there, so that is where I would look.
