Check voltage at Battery lowest should be 13.8 if lower Robert DIY can show the trick I learned by soldering red line on the battery it worked perfect.

13.8V is a charging voltage from the alternator, if the battery is fully charged it will drop to 12.7 -12.8.

Ok, new negative cable installed on Saturday, a slight improvement, New positive cable from terminal to starter lug on Sunday and it sounded better. The battery was on a charger over night but it never got started. It did fire up once or twice but that was it. New battery purchased yesterday, same one as before, now just over a year old. Installed this morning and not much of an improvement.
