What are these plugs in my spare tire well?

Trailers in the US have a 4 wire connection and require a converter somewhere in the wiring between car and trailer.

Ground, brake light and indicators? Or what do you get from those four?

We have 7 or 13 wires with 13 being the newer standard.

Tail Light
Left-turn/Stop
Right-turn/Stop

Etrailer sells an adapter kit, just requires some crimping and heat shrink , it all comes in the kit.
$64. As you have the prewired plug you can disconnect battery , snip that off and butt connect directly to those wires. 15 minute job.
