No, it isn't. Probably you didn't have some handy tools to get that job done.

That's true, I don't have any type to press. I had to carefully use a c-clamp and some other random tools to get it pressed in.

I had a Meyle bushing first, but it was a piece of crap. It slid right in, so that was nice, but it was slightly too small just like the cheap poly bushing. Had the same vibration problem.
Ironically FCP stopped selling the Meyle just after I returned it!

Quick advice wanted: Road tripping with 326k km 2000 V70XC, girlfriend and tent from Netherlands to Sweden.
Abs light came on twice in 3000km, went away when restarting. Suspected front sensors to be dirty: used lots of anti rust to get bolts loose during control arm replacement a few weeks back.

Was able to borrow some tools yesterday and used treelug as jack stand. Pulled both front wheels and cleaned both sensors. Drove 60 miles today, no more warning lights but ABS keeps engaging on front left wheel, both when braking and accelerating at lpwer speeds. Before cleaning, it didn't unnecessarily engage, I just had the light come on twice.

Should I clean again or stop by dealer and have front left abs sensor replaced?
Car is at 326.000 km.

Thanks!

Got ABS issue fixed by cleaning sensor and ring again, being careful to properly align the sensor when putting it back in. No more random abs engagement, no more lights!

Turned out great! It's amazing how well the red cleans up. It seems all of them you see are faded horribly. All red Volvos are like that.

Ohh yeah it will be staying like this, I considered doing a ceramic coating but was not sure that it was going to turn out this well.

I am surprised as to how well it turned out, the red is so deep and rich.
