My s40 is to slow

Thank you sir I have just plugged the o2 sensor and connect the missing vacuum hose and every thing is ok .. Then I cleaned the throttle and idle control. Valve and maf sensor and the car won't start after the cleaning it just keep cranking without working .. I have checked all the connectors and checked the fuel system and the injectors and the coil and all worked fine but the car won't start .. What do you think the problem is .. Sorry for asking too many questions
