Cleaning Used Turbo

I bought a used 16T turbo with low mileage. It appears to be in great condition - turbines are good and I see no carbon or burnt oil on the inside. The outside has smudges that I am cleaning with carb cleaner. The wastegate flap I have sprayed with PB blaster to make sure it rotates nicely.

As for the turbines, should I just spray brake cleaner (or carb cleaner?) at them as they self-rotate? Should I put anything like oil or pbblaster on their pivots afterwards?

Can’t hurt it but these things oil them selves pretty well.

Pressure fed for the bearings, crankcase oil blow by for the air side.

cool. Just wanted to make sure brake fluid wouldn't ruin anything. Will prob use carb cleaner to be safe.

Brake cleaner and brake fluid are two different things!
