Hello I installed rebuilt Throttle Body and I have only problems.
#1. Do I have to re program only Throttle Body software or
#2, I have to clean old engine software and Install all the Software.

I thinks #2 ,I don't heave more problems.

You are in the wrong forum. But if this is the same Magneti Marelli TB that is used in the early S80s, it should not need new software if it is a rebuild of the original unit (assuming you did the contacts or went contactless).

If it is a rebuild from a different car - then I have no idea what if any software has been loaded.

Maybe provide more background: 1) Original symptoms and codes if any; 2) What you rebuilt; and 3) Current problems (including codes if any).
