SRS light after dashboard repair

My scanner reported “ function is not supported at the moment” so it was definitely a scanner issue. Works on the 99 And 2005 for SRS resetFINE.

I unfortunately disconnected the drivers side airbag before disconnecting the battery. When I reassembled, I got the light. I did not disconnect the horn contact ring at all (clock spring?)

So did you just remove the upper section the dash? If so, I'd still check the seating and the wiring of the passenger airbag. It is possible to damage it during re-assembly. But do check AFTER disconnecting the battery first and waiting about 30 minutes.

Too late, the deed is done. We are trying to findJ some in the Big Apple who can reset his SRS
