Brights turning off radio

I need advice with a problem my Volvo is having. I drive a 85 Volvo 245 DL 2.3L.

A few days again my right headlight went out, when I changed it, it still didn’t turn back on.

I tested the brights today and when I turned on my brights my radio went off. I waited a seconds and my radio came back on. I turned the brights on again and the radio turned back off again but this time it isn’t turning back on. Then when I got out of the car my door auto locks were no locker working either...

Is it fuses, wiring, some kind of code??? I don’t understand. I’m very new to cars and can’t seem to find any info on this type of problem.

I have a similar problem. When I try and use my bright lights it blows a fuse (cant remember what #). Which kills my headlights and tail lights completely, which isn't something you want to happen while driving down the highway. Solution I've came up with so far is to never use my brights.
