PTC Elbow Hose missing?

I purchased a 2007 XC70 with a 2.5LT lasy May. The dealership claimed the PCV was replaced and cleaned. No smoke and the glove test has strong vacuum on the oil cap.

When I removed the air intake hose for cleaning I noticed the PTC only has 1 hose connected to it. It's the large hose coming straight from the PCV oil trapper box. Diagrams I've seen show another small elbow hose is supposed to be connected to the smaller port on the PTC. That small elbow hose appears to come from the large PCV setup.

I cannot find that small hose within the long PCV setup hose that includes the coolant pipe. Here is a photo of the large hose connect to the PTC. I replaced that zip tie with a SS hose clamp. As you can see the small port on top is naked. The port on the right side is for the purge solenoid hose I temporarily removed.

Do I need to buy another PCV setup hose that includes that small elbow hose?

On my '01 V70 2.4T, there is an empty port on the PTC nipple opposite the electrical connector. It's never had anything connected to it and I haven't experienced any issues.

The smaller of the two hoses at the nipple comes from the Turbo Boost Solenoid (Pierburg). It is hung at the airbox.

The empty port on my PTC is short and has a flat edge on 1 side so it doesn't appear to be for a hose connection. I presume it must be for ventilation.

Item #7 in this diagram:

The turbo boost solenoid is connected to the port in the upper right side of my photo. What I'm referring to is the PTC port hose connections. It has a large port with a hose going straight to the oil trapper. It also has a very small port on top that you can view if you only zoom in on my photo. That never had a hose connected. The tiny port has a flat side so I presume it might be for ventilation?

After drawing a diagram I checked all the hoses to verify where they're connected to.

Green: EVAP purge valve

Pink: PCV oil trapper

Red: Turbo boost solenoid

Purple: PTC electrical connection

Blue: ?

There is nothing connected to the PTC nipple pointing to the blue arrow. Am I missing a hose or is this tiny port for ventilation?

Blue is not a port. It houses sensors. The PTC can be pulled off from the pipe for cleaning, but be careful. Wetness from moisture is normal.

The diagram in my first post shows an elbow hose connected to it but that must be for earlier volvos. There is a thru hole in that flat sided housing section so I can see inside the air intake pipe.

That open hole had me judging that is why she is running slightly lean. No codes but she starts off at 5% lean then makes it down to 1% after a 15min warmup. I changed all the vacuum hoses. The break system holds most vacuum overnight. The vacuum pump still comes on for a few seconds only after several hours of sitting so it's not abnormal.

The PTC port for the PCV hose had no crud when I removed the air intake pipe so I just gave it another easy cleaning.

I taped off the tiny PTC opening on it's housing but she still ran lean today. I'm using SW apps to detect it. I'll try to get my VIDA Dice working asap. Getting Virtualization activated on my laptop with WIN10 Pro has been a struggle.
