I have many drawers filled with fasteners from all the cars I've ever owned.
If you can determine length, width and threads I can send them.

They may use studs and nuts vs bolts for convenience. It a.) provides a method to hold the gasket in place during assembly; and b.) makes it easier to align everything.

About a year before I bought my 2002 v70, I had a 1999 Plymouth voyager.
It was destroyed in an accordion collision, with it being the meat in the sandwich.
When the tow truck driver asked where to bring it, I had it towed home.
Over the next few months I took everything off it including hardware.
I'm a pack rat of immeasurable proportions.
Every fastener on that van is identical in every way to the v70.
So my point is, if you can't locate a replacement try a Chrysler parts source.
