07 V70 Horn does not work

Looking for horn relay and fuse. See on some places fuse panel on driver side of dash has a 15 amp. According to diagram on fuse door, not there. Help?

Cliff...owners manuals are free online from Volvo. Probably the best place to start.

Found 15 A fuse. Replaced. Horn now work. Any thoughts on why it blew? Where to look?

Give it a few cycles and tries - fuses do age and just go, without other faults

I think your 2007 is the same as my 2005
Horn power comes from the CEM, terminal B15
The relay is bonded into the CEM, I believe

The CEM triggers it when it receives the signal from the SWM that the horn button is depressed.

so the CEM needs to be replaced? Spoke to a retired volvo mechanic this afternoon. he seems to think the relay is on fuse panel beneath right dashboard...

Go to the web and look for the 2007 wire diagram

The big “fuse box” on the driver side is the CEM. You can’t just replace that it has to be matched to the car by a firm like Xmodex
