WHAT ABOUT THE FUEL INJ. RELAY PART NUMBER 899931 1323592-1 DO THESE FAIL OR WORK INTERMIT.? THIS IS THE ONE UNDER THE HOOD 12V 40A CAN THEY BE TESTED THANKS AGAIN

The fuse is attached to the power steering reservoir bracket, or in that area. Not all 240's have it, and I can't remember which years it applies to.

The would be a red wire leading from the positive battery post under the reservoir and up to the holder. Sometimes the clip that holds it breaks and the fuse and holder fall down under the reservoir.

I just realized you have a 740, not a 240. The fuse doesn't apply to your car!
So sorry to waste your time.

found the problem it was the ignition contrl module went to junk yard and they gave it to me free. works just fine now. THENKS TO EVERYONE
