I'm guessing MAP is reading too much fresh air entering the throttle then optimal ratio at idle.
There is no MAF in 3.2, right?

Is the SEAL on the MAP same as item 16 in illustration?
No. The negative (-) terminal from the battery was removed before I started the cooling system service -- draining coolant for t-stat replacement, etc. What I understand now is that the connector was never plugged back on to sensor till last night.

My MAP sensor plug wasn't clicking and it was bothering me so I was going to maybe try a zip tie on it just to keep it from moving much. Found that wouldn't work as I didn't really have anything to tie it to. So I was kind of thinking of just moving on and keeping an eye on it.

Is the only way to remove the sensor to take the manifold back off or is there any tricks to getting it out to take a look at without doing all that work?
Thanks and happy holidays.
