Yes COMBI is instrument cluster in "850 OBDII" (the android app).
I have no issues on the speedometer.
Some time ago the ABS indicator used to light up when I was accelerating "strongly", but it doesn't do it anymore.
Maybe that could add to the ABS module hypothesis ?

Changing fuel to Unleaded95 didn't change anything.
I've driven the car on the highway and my issues happen in every gear.
In 4th gear it feels as if I'm running over things, kinda unnerving.

Did you try Volvo plugs?
Another easy thing to do is jump the fuel pump relay with wire to see if it is hot failing.

Not yet but do you think that could explain my DTCs ?
Does the faulty ABS module theory sound like a good one to you ?

Ok so I went to my dealership to buy the plugs and the mechanic told me to replace the fuel filter before anything else, guess what I'm doing tomorrow
I'll update my post once I've done it !

COMBI :
124 Engine RPM Signal faulty
221 Vehicle speed signal Missing [bad ABS module solders?]
222 Vehicle speed signal too high
ECC :
414 Driver's (or passenger's) side interior temperature sensor inlet fan seized (or open/short circuit or faulty signal)
The 3 COMBI DTCs remain after erasal.
What could be causing these ?
That should be tdc sensor for the rpm signal and speed sensor from transmission.
Don't know why they are stored in instrument cluster....they should be stored in ecu.
Ecc is not relevant for your symptoms.
New fuel filter and spark plugs will not re-solve the codes you have.
Rpm sensor and vehicle speed sensor have nothing to do with abs module....their playground is at transmission and flywheel.

New fuel filter and good spark plugs will not hurt anything..but they will not clear the codes you have...and i doubt that they are real.
Also....android app code reader is not to be trusted almost never...ecu codes stored in instrument cluster....do the math yourself.
ONLY Volvo special tool(at least Vol-Fcr) can have access in all modules in the car...generic ones can read just ecu.
Is your V70 T5 M4.3 or M4.4?

Not without some additives added and software upgrade...according to their site.
