2007 XC 90 3.2 115k
I don't know if these are called bushings front right and left.I think I need to replace them and which make should I get.

From your pictures I cannot tell what the part is. It is too cold outside to look at mine.

I had a feeling your first photos were of the subframe busings, but TX undercarriage age differs than MN.
Usually the subframe bushings last a long time, but in Houston I have heard the heat does cause them to age quicker.
What are your symptoms other than they look aged?
The bushings actually don't look that bad - what I see is cracked undercarriage paint of the really large painted black washer. The washers cover the actual busing. You can see this in your last photo of the engine cradle subframe.
You have three options 1) leave them alone, 2) install some IPD inserts, or 3 replace them (which is not that easy).

Good to hear you avoided that job and/or bill.
Buy OEM Volvo Strut mounts - the consensus is they last the longest. As they are a difficult part to replace it is worth the extra money. Torque rod is easy to replace and also not as critical.
