FS: 1985 Volvo 240, one owner (mom!), $4500, 169k miles, Florida Topic is solved

Hi all,
With a heavy heart I am listing my mother's 1985 240 DL wagon for sale. This car has sat for a while and I just recently went down to south Florida to get some pictures. It started right up! It has 169k miles on it. Thats less than 5,000 miles a year! It was bought before I was born and been garage kept all its life. Our local mechanic down here can vouch for the car as well. There is nothing wrong with the car mechanically as far as I can tell. Runs/drives great. A/C is ice cold. This is literally "the little old lady driven car". I may end up keeping the car myself if we can't get a decent price for it. The Volvo has just been sitting there for a while due to a change family situation. The timing belt was changed at 167,966 miles on 03/03/2011. It is now almost 8 years later and the miles are at 169,607. 2000 miles in 8 years! I didn't have time to give it a proper detail for the pictures while I was down there but it shines up great. There are 3 things that I need to mention about the car that would take some value from it.
1.The driver's seat is torn as seen in pics.
2. There is rust spot on the driver's side rear quarter panel as seen in pics.
3. The tires may or may not be flat spotted. It has sat for a while and I'm not sure if the tires are just low on PSI and will recover or it may need new tires. The tread is great, they would provably need to be filled with air and then driven for a while and the flat-spotting may just go away on its own.

Someone would need to coordinate having the car shipped or go down there to pick it up. It is in West Palm Beach.

NADA comes in at about $1600 for this. You would do better in the Northeast probably
