So finally got my car back on the road after I put a new single mass clutch in and wow what a difference it made!!! But a new problem as surfaced too. The car periodically idles ruff and stalls. It seems to do it more when its cold and less when the car has warmed up. I was thinking it was the mass airflow sensor but I do not have a code. It does run better when I unplug it but still stalls. The only codes i have are ECM-3330 (cylinder 4 missfire) and ECM-3320 (cylinder 3 missfire) I swapped coil and plug #4 with #5 but the code remaind for Cylinder 4 and 3. so I'm stumped.. I also checked for vacuum leaks but found none. I did install a new PVC system when i did the clutch not sure if that matters or not.
The car is a 2005 s60 2.4L nonturbo 5speed
Thanks!!!

Check the intake manifold bolt between 3 & 4. You might of forgot it when you did the PCV.
Harness connectors to coils 3 & 4 maybe swamped, same for the injectors.
Check the coil and fuel injector wiring harnesses, there maybe a problem at 3 & 4.
Swamp Injectors, 2 & 3 + 4 & 5.
Do a compression test. Misfire on two adjacent cylinders is often caused by leakage between the two ... Head gasket.

I do not have high idle it is actually going low, down to about 500 rpm when the car began to misfire. So it's more than likely not a vacuum leak. Ill try the injector swap first that is a good idea! The car ran fine when I parked it to replace the clutch it only started to misfire after it was back together so not likely a head gasket. Plus it is runs fine when it is not idling no hesitation what so ever.
