2002 s60 turns over but won't start

Just bought a very used 2002 s60 and I absolutely loved it. But the next morning it wouldn’t start. I’ve tried everything I’ve read on these forums that is within my very low budget at the moment. Any help please?!?!

If you tried everything that you have read, please report results on these tests. It will give us a starting point to suggest what to try next. Ie...

Does starter turn the engine at all?
If so, did you squirt some starting fluid into vacuum port?
Did you check spark on at least one of plugs?

The starter turns yes.
The radiator and battery are brand new.
Spark plugs are good.
I can hear the fuel pump.
Can’t find a relay...
Fuel is in that rail part by the engine.

A shot of ether or starting fluid will quickly tell you if you have spark or a fuel delivery problem.
