Still short on information and understanding. Is the IAT sensor included with the MAF???

No.
20v n/a cars have Maf.
10v n/a cars have IAT in instead of MAF...in the same place.

IAT is circled RED on the picture.

DOHC designation means 10v engine.

20v TURBO cars have both... IAT & Maf...plus MAP.

Could be a grounding issue. Check connection for corrosion. Disconnect and reconnect a few times sometimes cleans the connectors.

I would suggest to read the codes with Vida or go to Volvo dealer.
Scan all modules in the car for specific Volvo codes in ECM format.
P0 xxx format is generic and sometimes can't help with fault finding.

That's not right. DOHC means Double Overhead Camshafts. Our 20v engines are also DOHC.

Right,they are both with double overhead camshafts...but every Volvo engine marked with DOHC instead of 20 valve indicates 10v engine in Volvo p80 world.
Others are marked with 20 valve.
That's the easiest way to tell if your Volvo is equipped with 10 or 20 valve engine,besides engine code on the block behind timing belt cover.
Canada have 10v cars while U.S market never imported those.

Well, “DOHC” does not designate 10 valves. Those covers are completely interchangeable, so unless you know what the engine is or are completely sure that cover hasn’t been replaced over the last couple of decades, don’t trust that cover to tell you. And you wouldn’t need it to, if you already knew.

To check what engine is in there, use the engine code on the block, or peek in the ECU/TCU compartment and see what’s in there.

Point is, don’t trust a completely interchangeable spark plug cover to tell you what engine it is. “DOHC” means 2x overhead cams, and all our IL 5’s are DOHC. The “designation” applies to all of them - and trusting the spark plug cover (which could have been swapped out over the last 20+ years) is a bad idea.

Check the block or see what’s in the ECU box instead.
