Does anyone know where I can purchase a confirmed working DICE and laptop set up? Are there any members who are selling a set up?

Depending on which version of VIDA you're planning to run, an old Thinkpad T40 or newer with a mechanical hard drive should be sufficient. That's my setup - just make sure it has working USB ports, has a battery that holds a charge for an hour (or plan to schlep an extension cord). All pre-2013 VIDA versions work on XP (and some call for XP and the IE version on those).

No need to overthink it - if it doesn't work, you can always re-install it.
