Don't buy these injector kits made by UREMCO (United Remanufacturing Comapnay) from EBAY nor Amazon. The pintle caps are twice as thick as the thin OEM caps so will no doubt cause a lean A/F mixture.

The replacement caps on ndphotonl's injectors appear to be as thin as OEM so I'll give them a shot when they arrive from AliExpress then report back.

Thank for the tips Xheart!

After I repair my injectors I'll drop the pan, install new timing belt, and water pump.

Did you drain the coolant to remove the oil cooler or just pinch off the hoses?

Volvo coolant was more than 3 years old, and this was good maintenance to include a coolant refresh -- breather kit's other bonjo bolt is a coolant line. The original Volvo radiator had worked long enough -- 190,000 miles -- retired due to signs of leak at the hose connection to thermostat.

I haven't had an issue since after servicing the injectors with that kit. I checked my AF ratio, with normal driving/coasting its always around 1:14.7.

I have only 1 recurring error after fitting the BSR 3" downpipe with sportcat, but that is due to the second lambda (I have a spacer waiting to be fitted).

What is AFR parameter in ECM over VIDA/DiCE? Does it read 1.00?

Dry as bone - no longer a blow-by. PCV and oil pan clean up did the job. Running above 17mpg.
