Has anyone installed any of these subframe bushing "reinforcers", for lack of a better name?
https://blog.fcpeuro.com/how-to-replace ... ng-inserts
Do they work?
Do you just tap them in with a light hammer and then reinstall the washer/bolt/etc.?
Or should I forget that whole idea and go for a real bushing replacement? Is that a difficult task? Special tools required?
Thanks in advance.

Did you also read the reviews on their site? https://www.ipdusa.com/products/8969/12 ... insert-kit
They have a installation video on that by the way.

I installed them and felt the difference immediately. It wasn't as transforming a feeling as a set of new shocks but it was there.
Apply a bit of the lube and tap away as you posted. I used a heavy hammer and very little force.
The bolt and washer brought 'em home, as you posted.
My existing bushings showed no evidence of deterioration. I guess that facilitated ease of installation as the holes hadn't collapsed.
The bolts are quite large. Mine required a bit of wire brushing as they were dirty (white powder) upon removal.
Do report back when it's all done.
