Too rich means more fuel and less air than expected and as measured by the front O2 sensor.

Likely suspects are leaky fuel injectors resulting in extra fuel, perhaps very high fuel pressure, or on a 2001, the throttle may not be opening enough and so reducing the air the throttle bodies have known problems 2000 - 2001). It could also be the O2 sensor itself.

How smooth does the engine run at idle and at 2000 RPM?
Any other symptoms?
Do you have any diagnostic tools? DICE, or Torque phone app?

Check all your vacuum hoses for leaks first, thats most common.

Hey thanks for the reply, at idle 800rpm the sensor reads sometimes it dips and feels like the car will stall, but it's like really quick dips in the revs 790-800 I think, at 2000rpm it's sounds and feels normal? :?: Only when I leave the eml light on, if I take it off with torque pro it won't dip in rpm of course, diag tool available at the moment is torque Pro with the obd2
Should I replace the front 02? Or should I replace both 02 sensors and maf?.

Also where would one find the vacuum hoses it's under and near the power steering tank?

Look under the hood for a label showing all the hoses, usually yellow
