I just bought them. I will check it out and give my feedback. They were only 15 euro a pair anyway. So i got 2 pairs. Me and my wife drive so much at night on unlit roads, we need good light.
Reading all the reviews and seeing some youtube movies, it must be a proper step up from what i have now anyway.
And a lot easier than some 50 euro chinese xenon conversion set. Whose bulbs never last long. I had two sets in some previous cars. Fun while it lasts but quickly turn green and poof.

My usa head light assemblies were worn out. Night driving was terrible. Broke down after three years and bought new assemblies. TYC from FPC at $80 each side, no tax or shipping, (came with four new osrams bulbs).
Now I can see at night.
One year after I got the car, I replaced the windshield, another big improvement.

I know this is an old thread, but I have found that replacing 20-year-old OEM Hella headlight assemblies with new aftermarket TYC units makes a night and day difference in light output. Old OEM loose the mirror-like reflective coating and are left with a dull silver reflector which will perform very badly no matter which bulbs you install. Jan 2019 prices are $80 each on Amazon which is a bit pricey, but worth the money. TYCs fit well and have all the OEM adjusters.

Has anyone found the reflectors for sale separately, without the housing? E-code or DOT?

I don't think they are even available separately.
Lenses yes....but headlight housing and reflectors...no....At least from decent aftermarket manufacturer.

I just did a post re my '99 S70 with photos showing the ENORMOUS difference between 20-year-old OEM Hella lights with no reflective material left (VERY common) and a new set of aftermarket replacements for TYC for $80 each. Was out last night in the dark and the rain, and the lighting is excellent. If your mirrored reflectors are just flat gray or silver, no bulb of any kind will project any light. I bought a set for both of my P80s.

Shine a light into your headlight housing. If you don't see mirrors, you need new ones.
