The tracking is not always very precise. It might arrive while still being in a sorting center in China. If it's China Post though the tracking is accurate.

Here is what I have done with success: I clean the two plastic pieces up with brake cleaner - one wants to get rid of all the oil. I deburr as required so when I put the pieces together it is nice and clean and makes a tight joint. Then I gently rough up the outside of the area and clean again. Next super glue the pieces together, hold firmly while it sets and let in dry. After that I take cotton thread of the normal variety and wrap the entire area, above and below the break seam as high and low as I can go. Then I mix up some JB Weld Epoxy (regular cure time) and saturate the thread with the epoxy. I go over it a few times so it soaks all the way in then apply a thin layer over it all and let it cure. After a few hours you can go at it with a plastic bag and finger to smooth it out if you have some drips. Once it is hardened it is as good as new.
