I am not suggesting you go get one of them minis. As I tried to point out before, it clear you have a non standard DICE with a non standard interface. I don't expect the non standard DiCE to work with the DiCE software. 2014A has nothing to do with the DiCE hardware, 2014A is a software version for VIDA. It is likely that that the 2014A software you got with your DiCE was patched to work with the non standard DiCE interface.

The DiCE software does work with DiCE clones that stick with the original DiCE interface standard. Some of the cloners tried to cheapen up their product by deviating from the original design, I think you have one of these.

I enabled the operation in chrome, and it works in chrome!!! (through IETAB)

The problem is I hardly read anything because everything is so small!!!

Why can't I get it working in IE11 and it works in Google Chrome??? (I checked and I have .NEt 3.5 working)

It only changes size of headlines.

That's what I think that working directly in IE (not through chrome) may allow me to change font sizes.

Any idea why it works on chrome and not on IE? How to change font size?

Unless otherwise revised, an application opened in a browser are INDEPENDENT of browser's, e.g. IE, use of font description for its interface. Web-based standard applications (assuming VIDA is) will pull the "font description" from the internet if connected.

These description files are either truetype, type1 or opentype. Alternatively, an application missing or unable to access font description may look to its OS for font substitution. The substitution will then make a reference font available. The standard reference font size use to be 6pt and/or 7pt -- reference fonts were not scalable.

I am suspecting it is a "missing font description" situation.

To top it off, the vendor not just a salesman, he is a Electronics Engineer with more than 15 years experience in car, truck and outboards diagnostics. It stands to reason he knows how to sort the good stuff from the junk.
