Fault code 91 Torque control

Hi,

My 2001 V40 T4 refuses to start. It cranks and sometimes "coughs" during crank but no start. I've checked fault codes with a Delphi DS150e reader and it finds one fault code: 91 Torque control.

Any ideas?

That code seems incomplete.
