2002 XC70 192,000

Above 10-15 mph, I get a scraping sound from the rear of the vehicle, possibly one of the wheels.
My (brilliant, but 'hard on equipment') daughter had this away at school for 6 years. I'm working it back up to being ethically sell-able.
One shoe in each wheel's handbrake had thrown its friction surface. I suspect many days parked at sub-zero temps with the brake on.
I replaced the shoes and sanded the inside of the drum on each. They aren't perfectly smooth.
The scraping sounds like a dragging brake shoe or caliper that won't open; but it doesn't seem to stop when applying the handbrake while driving or pushing the brake pedal.
The scraping sound is only when accelerating, and only when above some minimal speed.

Any ideas on what to look at?

Please Advise, Thanks Again!

I think there is also a dust plate at the brake disc, maybe it got bent ?

Could it also be from the AWD ? If it wasn't repaired yet it surely is not longer functional at this point

The parking brakes are known to lose their 'pads'. They can de-laminate from the shoes when they are older.

I had a scraping sound on highway left bends that was the brake disk dust plate at the front. This is independent of the pad and shoe position and I think it is the brake rotor hitting the plate - I had not worked on brakes at the time and my mechanic fixed it.
