You need to see another garage. Why trying to figure it out over internet? It may be a safety issue. Were you staying there when the garage did the job? Could they have taken it for a joy ride? Worn subframe bushings can affect the steering especially if the car is parked on an incline, but why would it go that bad all of a sudden after a geometry job..
