Polestar so cheap? Why?

Came across this listing... 31k for a polestar with 16k miles... does this dealer not know what they have?

It’s also a polestar with 16k miles. Next closest I could find was 39k

They sold, I called them and they said they just price their cars low to move a lot of inventory
