Replaced the tired old engine support stay with a new one. I pressed a Pro Parts one in with a plastic external rim after taking almost an hour to cut out the original Volvo metal one.

Cost $15AUD

Replaced heater core o rings. Remind me to leave this on my list for "most hated" chores for P2 cars. Due to mine being a Feb 00 build the heater core is not removable without removal of the dashboard so I was very lucky it was only the o rings that required replacement. Later built models have a differently sculpted evaporator box allowing easy removal. Working in tight spaces is not my favourite pastime.
