Looks like ~$300 - $320 if you can find somebody that actually has one in stock and not just listed.

Complete turbo for $595.00.

If you just want to keep it going, you could try Pick Your Parts yards. Around here Turbo Charger Pump / Superchargers ~$65.00. You just got to be patience watch their inventory then jump when the right car comes in.

No, not a boost leak, I think, like you stated, your Compressor Bypass Valve has a leaking diaphragm, so that your boost pressure traveling on the 5mm line from your intake to the CBV is not aiding the spring in keeping the CBV closed so its opening at spring pressure, maybe 5lbs. I was thinking it would be easier than finding your CBV to change the compressor housing for a newer one that uses the cheaper CBV, as found on gt 3000, Volvo 940 etc. The compressor housing is just held on by a v ring but I haven't actually verified the earlier housings and the later fit. If you just want to drive and don't care about boost you can plug the line so you are not loosing vacuum and still have 5 lbs boost and protection from overboots from the spring. If you want the extra 3 labs boost you have to
fix the diaphragm. Ignoring it is fine too. small idle effect from leaking vacuum.
